Busy week
The next 2 weeks look to be a very busy time. At work, I’m winding up another release of my software. I’m going to the gym at least twice a week. And there’s these following events I’m looking forward to attending:
Toronto Raptors vs Cleveland Cavaliers, Wednesday March 8th, 7pm. My best friend was given tickets to see the game and his wife can no longer go with him… so I get to take her place. 15th row! Sweet.
Rannie’s Portraits in the Park Thursday March 9th from 8 to 10 pm at the Toronto Free Gallery
Toronto Ruby on Rails pub night, Monday, March 13th @ 7pm at C’est What?
Toronto Area Photobloggers Get Together - March 16th @ 7pm at C’est What
And I’m hoping to get back to photoblogging again soon. The recent events have killed my artistic joy and spirituality, but I think it’s important to get back into it again. It frustrates me that I was less than one week away from completing my “365 days in a row” goal, but I don’t think I’ll deny myself the joy of saying I completed that goal. Close enough, I say. And I think that once my taxes are completed, I’ll use my refund to get that new camera I’ve been waiting for. I’ve been waiting a long time and I’m definitely committed to pursuing my photography as a long-term hobby/artistic endeavour. I’ve had great compliments from friends/family/strangers that they like my work a lot. Time to enter into more exhibitions/shows/publishings.
