What a great photo shoot. That shure did open my eyes to the badness in life. I feel bad for that young dude. He has to go through life like that. It would be hard to walk like that but he’ll probably be a good NFL kicker like Matt Bahr. Besides that though, it’s too bad. I’m Scott Ball.
I can’t belive it! It’s very terrible, I didn’t know this catastrophe could have caused malformations like that in the overhanging picture. I’m really sorry for those people! I’m Andrea from Italy

But at the same time the photography was beautiful and i supose, really captured what he was saying.

What did these kids do and have to go through this punishment and sufferings?
Negligence on part of the nuclear authorities cost not only the lives of people living at that time but also several generations since then
Its rather sad that the carelesness of a bunch of fools has to be paid for in this way. That too by an innocent who has nothing to do with it. It opens your eyes to what a huge prize we have to pay, about how vulnerable we really are.
i feel sorry for this kid. he didnt choose it and he doesnt deserve it.

I have seen many news clippings about this disaster , this picture put me in deep thought about the untold sufferings this sibblings are undergoing.
What a foolish act by the nuclear operators !!! this should not be repeated.

It’s atrocious the pain we cause without regard to how life and the Earth is affected. I am so thankful for people like Paul Fusco who care enough to bring people the truth. I hope it helps us realize our potential for destruction so that we can keep tragdies like this from occuring ever again. Neither lister, Scott Ball, nor Bonden Bob have any class or any heart.
This is a horrible tragedy that has left an atrocious blight upon the Earth and in history, all because of ignorance and human error. But we should not condemn the people that are responsible, for I believe the afflictions and guilt that they must live with everyday are punishment enough. Yes, they have caused a horror to strike the world, but surely they understand that more than anyone else? What we should do; is use this as an example, to never let it happen again. I just can’t believe how little I knew about this event and its mortifying effects, not to mention the extent of damage that the radiation has yet to have caused. For generations, children will suffer, all in the name of science. Despicable; are the reasons for this, and the people who mock it.

Each and every ruble earned from Russia’s new found oil wealth should be spent caring for both the people and the environment affected by such gross negligence. In addition, the Governement Ministers should be forced to expedite the aid process–onsite–in person. God’s forgiveness will surely be tested when the beauracratic imbeciles responsible for such atrociies arrive at His gate.
