hardest workout ever

i dress up like a hamster when i workout so nobody will recognize me
yesterday i had my hardest workout yet. my trainer gave me a glimpse into what my program will be like after the holidays. it was chest and legs day and instead of doing my normal routine of 6 exercises of max weights, low reps we did 8 exercises of max weight, low reps and alternated them without any rest between. we started bench press, ran over to leg press and back and forth. then onto decline bench, alternating with squats. incline bench vs hack squats. you get the picture. no rest, burning fat and building even more size along with strength. i was wiped. tomorrow is going to be a very sore and painful day.
i’m hoping the rest from the holidays will help. my weight gain has slowed and i’m stuck at 30 lbs gained. it’s been time for a break and it’s due. after the holidays I should have the rest and energy to drive past even further.

Hi,
a great effort on your workout.
But to make it clear,
high intense workout doesn’t burn fats.
But low intense do.
Like cardio.
Intensive workout allows

your body to burn more calories
later on during the day
without exercising.
So, you might realize
it is easier to get
hungry often
after an intensive workout.
